Barbara's Fishing
We live on a small, private lake that provides good fishing for bass, bluegill, bream, and catfish. Our house is at the beginning where the creek flows into the lake and it is easy to just go out the back door and fish from the rocks along the bank. I used to fish a lot and these pictures are just a few of the fish I caught through the years.
June 3, 1999
When I caught this nice largemouth bass it was the biggest fish I had ever landed; just short of five pounds.

These two fine catfish were caught after a rain shower.
They were both in the five pound range.

Two nice fish, a largemouth bass and a channel catfish; both in the five pound range.
March 2, 2000
First bass of the year 2000 season.
It was caught in the afternoon and weighed a bit over 3 pounds.
May 25, 2000
First catfish of the 2000 fishing season.
August 6, 2003
First catfish of 2003.
Just over 6 pounds; caught in the afternoon after a 2 inch rain.
