Canning

A natural compliment to my love of gardening is preserving some of the harvest for later use. It's always fun to see how much is put up every year so I kept records just to document it all.

The right hand does not work and the left hand now has tremors. Robin cans and will get all canning items. After over 40 years of canning, which I loved, it is time to hand everything over to Robin.
