This is our first new vehicle in about six years. We replaced the 2000 Ford Taurus with a 2006 Honda Civic LX Sedan. This neat car was completely redesigned for 2006 and drives even nicer than the Ford, which was a fine road vehicle. A hybrid Civic was considered, but the price premium on both it and the Toyota Prius still don't quite make economic sense for the amount of driving that we do. Our buying experience was pleasant at Jerry Damson Honda in Huntsville. Now to enjoy that "new car smell" for a few months.
